Bachelor Degree in Engineering from a recognized
University or Institute with first class in the Environmental
Engineering or Civil Engineering with environment as elective
or with Chemical Engineering with environment as elective.
Masters degree in Environmental Engineering / Environmental
Management shall be preferable. |
| Senior Scientific Officer |
Not be more than 37 of years of age. |
Post Graduate Degree of a Recognized University or
Institute with first class in the discipline of Environmental Science/
Chemistry / Bio Chemistry / Microbiology / Aquatic Biology /
Marine Biology / Bio Science / Bio - technology. |
| Deputy Superintendent |
Not be more than 32 of years of age. |
Bachelor Degree from a Recognized University or Institute with
First Class in Commerce, Arts, Law, Business Administration or
Science. Should have the basic Knowledge of Computer Application as
prescribed in Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment
(General) Rules 1967. |
Salary Pay : Senior Scientific Officer: ( 15600 -
39100 ) (PB - 3 ) Grade Pay 6600. Deputy Environmental Engineer: (9300
- 34800) (PB - 2) Grade Pay 5400. Deputy Superintendent: (9300 -
34800) (PB - 2) Grade Pay 4400 (Payment Rs 13,700/-)
